As a young priest in the Ecumenical Catholic Communion, my favorite time of the week was telling stories and sharing Communion gathered around the altar.
Now, the land I walk on and well worn tables are my altars…
and I continually find ways to connect hearts through stories and nourish community through food.

Gluten-Free Baking
After baking at my local coffee shop until they closed their doors in March 2023, I started selling gluten-free muffins out of my home.
